Reception/ Telesales operative

Our current team are looking for someone who is experienced in working within a call center environment to join our Sales team working with existing customers.

We're looking for positive and confident people with a flair for sales who can make sure our customers get the services that are right for them.

To be successful we'll make sure you have all the knowledge you need to deliver a brilliant customer experience. By focusing on Sales, Value and Loyalty, our Sales Advisers can understand our customers concerns more effectively, easily identify opportunities to maximize sales, and continue to secure their loyalty.

Job role



Answering phone

Booking in customers

Helping engineers with enquiries via WhatsApp

Reacting fast to cancellations and booking additional work in

Using Xero to be able to invoice and quote customers

Taking deliveries

Use Stripe to be able to take card payments

Calculate profit or Loss on each job

To be a brilliant Sales Adviser, you'll need to have:



At least 1 years experience of answering phone to customers Some plumbing and Heating knowledge. Thrive to meet and excel targets. The ability to work within a team and work independently. A genuine passion for sales and customer service. Strong communication skills. Good multi tasking skills Good maths skills Good problem solving skills Have a professional telephone manner. Resilience and empathy. Experience using CRM systems Experience using Xero Attention to detail Be able to work at fast pace with multiple tasks. Be able to deal with customers who are upset or annoyed and find a happy resolution.
