We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front end operations. This role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary
Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems
Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing post
Ensure Court Post is uploaded to in-house database correctly
Maintain office organisation and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment
Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and clerical duties
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette is essential
Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing support to clients
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
Familiarity with calendar management and personal assistant duties is advantageous
