We're now looking for a

compassionate, organised, and service-minded Receptionist

to join our growing team. You'll be the welcoming face of our clinic -- supporting patients throughout their care journey and ensuring our front desk runs smoothly day to day.

About the Role

This is a vital

front-of-house and clinical support role

. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and a reassuring presence as they move through their appointments.

Your Responsibilities

Patient Care & Service

Welcome patients warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit Manage bookings, reschedules, and follow-ups accurately and efficiently Handle phone, email, and social media enquiries in a friendly, timely way Discuss care plans, payment options, and appointment schedules clearly and kindly Keep all patient records accurate, confidential, and up to date Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional reception and clinic space

In-Clinic Support

Prepare and guide patients using therapy and rehabilitation equipment (training provided) Perform non-invasive scans and simple observations with care and professionalism Assist chiropractors by preparing treatment rooms and supporting smooth clinic flow Offer light assistance and reassurance to patients during in-clinic rehabilitation activities

Who We're Looking For

A

people person

with strong communication skills and genuine empathy Calm, caring, and confident under pressure Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Experience in

healthcare, patient services, or customer care

preferred Comfortable discussing

care and payment options

with patients Reliable, professional, and confident working in a small, friendly team Flexible to work a mix of early, late, and occasional Saturday morning shifts Happy to assist with light physical support and rehab equipment (Bonus) Familiarity with

social media

is an advantage
