Our client is looking for a superb Receptionist to come on board and join their great team. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a boutique finance firm based in the City of London. The team are looking for an experienced individual with a corporate background so they can hit the ground running. You will be based from their brand new offices, a short walk from Blackfriars, 5 days per week. Working hours are 8.30am-5.30pm and they offering a salary up to \xc2\xa333K depending on experience.
What you will do
This is a great position where you will be the first point for clients and visitors. This wonderful role will allow you take on the typical front of house duties as well as broad range of responsibilities. Duties include:
- Meeting and greeting guests and visitors
- Managing, booking and maintaining the meeting rooms
- Reporting any damages to facilities
- Ordering office supplies and manage the inventory
- Be the first point of contact for queries internally and externally
Confidence is key to this position as well as a positive working attitude. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience within a similar industry or setting.

- Organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Excellent verbal and written experience
- Friendly and personable
- Happy to get involved in all aspects of the role
