Front of House Receptionist

to help deliver a first-class client experience.

Role Overview:

This hybrid role combines in-person reception with admin and light digital duties. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and must be confident in

closing leads and converting consultations into sales

.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism Manage bookings and follow-up communication Confidently

convert consultations and inbound leads into bookings/packages

Provide information on services, pricing, and aftercare Maintain a tidy reception and client areas Support the team with day-to-day admin

Must-Have:

Proven sales experience

(ideally in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness) Ability to

confidently close leads and upsell packages

Strong communication and customer service skills Reception/front-of-house experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Organised, proactive, and reliable

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week
