Greet and check in guests with professionalism and warmth
Manage bookings and enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Use
YGB
and
SevenRooms
for scheduling, POS, and guest management
Keep the reception area looking sharp and running smoothly
Assisting the hospitality team with daily operations
What We're Looking For:
Previous front desk, hospitality, or admin experience preferred
Confident communicator with strong phone etiquette
Organised, reliable, well-presented and comfortable using digital systems
Friendly, team-oriented, and great under pressure
