About the Role:


We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and personable Receptionist to join our high-profile client's office in London. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This is a full-time position where you'll be part of a multi-skilled team, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the office.


Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming Visitors: Greet and assist guests, ensuring they are directed to the correct person or department in a friendly and professional manner. Managing Incoming Calls: Answer calls promptly, handle inquiries, take messages, and transfer calls as necessary. Scheduling & Appointments: Manage calendars and arrange meetings. Handling Mail & Packages: Organise incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring efficient distribution and handling of packages. Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the front desk area tidy and presentable, contributing to a professional first impression for visitors. Customer Service: Respond to client and visitor queries, resolve basic issues, and ensure a positive experience for everyone interacting with the office.

Additional Administrative Duties:

Data Management: Maintain records, update databases, and organise documents. Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to keep office supplies stocked. Clerical Support: Assist with photocopying, faxing, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
