Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
Answer incoming calls, manage phone etiquette, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Manage scheduling and appointments, coordinating with staff as necessary.
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
Skills
Previous office or customer care experience is essential.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrated phone etiquette to ensure professional communication with clients and colleagues.
Experience in Aesthetics or beauty is preferable.
