Our client, a family law firm based near Fitzrovia, is looking for a Receptionist/PA to join their team.
Candidates must be immaculately presented and have experience in a front-of-house environment.
Role Responsibilities
Telephone answering and call management
Greeting clients
Arranging office lunches
Looking after clients pre, during and after meetings
Generally being the Front of House and first port of call for all staff, Partners and clients
Making sure the office reception, board rooms, and print room are tidy
Assisting the Partners with day-to-day tasks and projects and mailbox management if and when required. Organisation of business affairs for Partners.
Assisting Partners with personal matters and appointments, as and when requested to do so.
Shopping (general for office and for Partners as required)
Arranging meetings and keeping a central diary for the firm. Ensuring Partners are kept updated with calendar reminders, deadlines and events
General office errands.
Ordering of office supplies, stationery, and correspondence with suppliers.
Basic PA duties as and when required
