holistic, patient-centred approach to care, utilising a variety of advanced treatments including IV

therapies, photobiomodulation, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), and hyperthermia

Role Overview:

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Sanctura

Clinic. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring

the smooth operation of the clinic. From managing enquiries to scheduling appointments and

coordinating with third-party providers, your contribution will help create a seamless and

supportive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

? Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming patients and

visitors with professionalism and warmth.

? Enquiry Handling: Respond to enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate

information and escalating complex queries as needed.

? Appointment Scheduling: Manage the clinic's diary, schedule patient appointments,

and coordinate with medical staff to ensure an efficient workflow.

? Daily Operations: Monitor and manage same-day schedules, addressing any

adjustments or patient needs promptly.

? Coordination: Liaise with third-party providers to arrange blood tests, scans, and other

patient services.

? Administrative Support: Support the clinic's operations by managing patient intake

processes, maintaining accurate records, handling correspondence, and assisting with

other administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

? Experience in a customer-facing role, with prior reception experience preferred.

? Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

? Proficiency in using scheduling and booking systems.

? Familiarity with standard office software (e.g.email platforms).

Skills and Attributes:

? Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively

with patients, staff, and external providers.

? Organisation: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and

prioritise effectively.

? Professionalism: A friendly, empathetic, and approachable demeanour combined with a

? Attention to Detail: Accuracy in scheduling, managing patient information, and

coordinating services.
