Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organisational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

Duties



Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Manage front desk operations, including handling enquiries and directing visitors appropriately Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate tours, class bookings using Gladstone and MindBody software Organise and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval of information Support office staff with various clerical duties as required

Requirements



Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Exceptional communication skills, particularly in maintaining professional phone etiquette Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst being a team player
Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
