As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of Holiday Inn Express London - Heathrow T5 which is a 300-room hotel- perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.
What your day will look like?
You'll start your day by warmly welcoming and checking in guests, ensuring all their details are accurately entered into our system. Throughout the day, you'll assist guests with any needs they may have during their stay, answer phone calls, take payments, and make any necessary changes to reservations. You'll also play a key role in resolving guest complaints in a professional and timely manner, helping to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
What You'll Bring?
We're looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist who enjoys welcoming guests and providing outstanding customer service. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. You'll be confident in using technology and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you'll have previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role. You will lead by example-demonstrating our values through outstanding customer service, teamwork, and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
