We are looking for a professional, confident, and service-focused
Front of House Receptionist
to represent our Moorgate location. As the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will ensure a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for everyone entering the building.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in all visitors, clients, and contractors, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
Maintain the ground-floor reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organised, and presentable.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, directing them efficiently and professionally.
Handle visitor passes, access control, and ensure all security protocols are followed.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setting up rooms when required.
Receive, record, and distribute mail, parcels, and courier deliveries.
Work closely with building management, security, and internal teams to support daily operations.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and preparing basic reports.
Support company events, client meetings, and ad-hoc Front of House projects as needed.
Maintain consistently high standards of customer service while upholding company values.
Skills & Experience
Previous Front of House, receptionist, or customer-facing experience (corporate preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional manner.
Excellent organisational ability and confidence handling multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital booking or visitor management systems.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay calm, proactive, and solution-focused.
