About The Role

We are currently seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Carillon Dental Care on a fixed term contract until end of February 2026.


This is a 7 surgery practice offering NHS and private dentistry with a supportive and friendly team and is close to local amenities and transport links.

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 08:30 - 17:30 and Wednesday - 08:30 - 18:30

About You

You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.

The main duties will include:

Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
