Location - Corporate Office Building, Manchester Airport
We have an exciting opportunity for an experience and efficient corporate receptionist who is ready to move into a role will additional facility management responsibilities. You will relish a challenge and be highly organised, managing contractors and providing admin support to the off-site Building Manager.
You will be responsible for providing an outstanding experience to both tenants and visitors, consistently going above and beyond to exceed expectations. This dynamic and varied role requires a confident, well-presented individual with proven experience and a strong sense of ownership.
The role is based at a modern office building, ideally located close to the station at Manchester airport.
Salary - 30,000
Hours - 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Reception
Manage and take ownership of the reception area to ensure the ambiance reflects the clients' and tenants' expectations
Meeting, greeting and registering all visitors to the building, providing exceptional customer service to all
Efficiently managing deliveries, including couriers and post
Building management
You will quickly establish yourself as 'the face of the building' and the go to person for questions / queries
Work closely with the off-site Building Manager - confidently reporting building issues and helping manage to resolution
Manage contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance, issuing keys as required and updating the progress / maintenance log
Develop strong working relationships with the local letting agents and support them by ensuring any vacant office space is kept pristine in preparation for viewings
General administration, as required

Introduce a monthly e-newsletter promoting local events and discounts, helping to create a community vibe for those working in the building
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience in a front of house reception role and are ready for a new challenge
You have facilities management experience (desirable)
Personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service
Self-motivated and thrive in an environment where you are required to multitask
Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
Competent Microsoft Office / App / Social Media user and willing to learn in house systems and processes
