The ideal candidate will have suitable experience in a customer facing role, you should be well presented with a good telephone manner and friendly attitude. You should be competent with basic mathematics and have excellent written and spoken English.
The hotel hosts a fantastic state of the art leisure club and swimming pool and as a valued member of staff you will be granted complimentary use of these facilities. Responsibilities and Duties
To provide excellent face to face service to all guests and members.
Check in/out guests providing seamless experiences.
Completing reservations online or over the telephone.
Face to face bookings for events/reservations.
Administration duties.
Providing local information/recommendations for Hotel guests.
Cashing up of shifts daily.
Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
Preparing bills/invoices.
Taking and completing special requests.
Problem solving.
Qualifications and Skills
Two years' experience.
GCSE+ Qualifications.
Sound service industry knowledge.
Trained in Protel Hotel management systems (not essential)
