As a Receptionist at Aria Court Care Home, you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries, face to face or via the telephone to the Home.

About the role:

Reporting to the Home Admin Manager, the Receptionist will ensure that the overall presentation of the reception provides a friendly, welcoming and professional image of the home so that all visitors to the home feel welcomed.

Salary:

12.21 per hour.

Shift Pattern:

30 hours per week, worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.

Home Location:

Coronation Close, March, England, PE15 9PP.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Answering incoming telephone calls and ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including, responding to emails, copying, faxing and taking notes. Ensure that residents receive their post and prepare all outgoing post on a daily basis. Any additional duties as assigned by the Home Admin Manager.

Training, Skills & Experience Required:

Experience working within a receptionist position is essential. Working within a care home environment is highly advantageous. Excellent written, non-verbal and verbal communication skills. Good working knowledge of and competence in Microsoft Office applications and Windows based operating environments - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Explorer.
