Duties
Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
Handle administrative duties such as filing, typing, and clerical tasks.
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare documents, manage schedules, and communicate effectively.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as required.
Support team members with various projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements
Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Demonstrated clerical experience with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
