Full Time 40 hours per week

Working 5 days over 7

Salary of 25,397 per annum plus tronc

We are recruiting for the position of Full Time Receptionist at Swinton Park.

The Role: As a Receptionist you will:



Greet guests on arrival Be the first point of contact for guests Answer phones Check guests in and provide tours if necessary Preparation for check in and check outs Work alongside other reception staff and porters to ensure all guests are happy

We are looking for

:

A strong team player Previous experience working in a similar receptionist role Flexibility as you would be required to work weekends and shift patterns Experience of using premier software booking system and reslynx booking system The ability to deliver excellent customer service The ability to work well under pressure Great personal presentation and pride in your appearance Excellent spoken English
