Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

Passion for creating incredible customer experiences. Eager to learn new skills, ideas and technologies Strong organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Reliable, trustworthy, and professional.

Reception Responsibilities:

Extend a warm and friendly welcome to our guests, members and apartment owners. Efficiently handle inquiries, bookings, and requests from customers, members, and guests. Provide information to callers and visitors. Daily administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, billing, managing incoming emails, daily/weekly business reports, photocopying, etc. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area. Collaborate and communicate clearly with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Always maintain a professional and approachable attitude. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
