We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a part time post with flexible/negotiable hours.
Duties
Face to face contact with customers and suppliers.
Making/Answering calls with customers, leads, suppliers and team.
Managing diaries of mechanics.
Ordering parts with our motor factors (SUPPLIERS) and main dealers.
Chasing and generating quotes
Maintaining online enquiries.
Monitoring/rating calls
Managing new leads.
Managing stock.
Skills
Ideally you will be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and able to navigate One Drive and Drop Box. A basic knowledge of these is required as training will be given. Experience working in the motor industry would be an advantage.
As our receptionist and in the Front of House you need to able to work as a team and under pressure as it gets really busy at times. The ability to manage multiple tasks would be a distinct advantage.
