The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks using Google Suite and QuickBooks as needed.
Maintain an organised office environment by ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
Support team members with various tasks as required to enhance office productivity.
Skills
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with computerised office systems, including Google Suite and QuickBooks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role is advantageous but not essential.
