We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team Supakart. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a blend of organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
Manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Support other administrative staff with organisational tasks as needed.
Have the ability to train and navigate our tailored booking system.
Cleaning duties overall, will include customer bathrooms.
Qualifications
Previous reception experience is essential.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Outstanding organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
