Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Drive revenue through all available channels and outlets
Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage scheduling and appointments using office software.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
Manage and control guest accounts ensuring that accurate payments and ledgers
Assist with clerical duties as required
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Support administrative functions as needed, including handling correspondence and managing office supplies.
Requirements
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail is essential.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
