An opportunity has arisen within our Gordon & MacPhail Head office for a receptionist to deliver a 5-star reception service to all visitors, customers, and external parties contacting G&M either by visiting the site or via phone.
The successful candidate will:
Have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
Educated to HNC level in a business-related subject or equivalent is desirable.
Experience in working in a busy office environment is essential.
Excellent communicator with the ability to convey key information to a changing audience.
Keen problem solver & customer driven.
The ability to demonstrate professionalism whilst being approachable and welcoming.
Strong demonstrable administration skills.
Competent and accurate data entry skills.
Display a positive attitude whilst responding to changing priorities.
This is a permanent, part-time position of 16 hours per week. Thursday (08:00 till 17:00) and Friday (08:00 till 16:00). Holiday cover will be required due to this role being a job share.
