Receptionist (part time)

Liverpool, Merseyside

12.70 per hour

We are recruiting for a Receptionist to join us on a part time basis, working 16 hours weekly; Monday & Tuesday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm.

As Receptionist you are responsible for ensuring employees and visitors have a fantastic customer experience. You will be responsible for the performance and administration of the reception area and performing a variety of administrative tasks. You will be part of our team working closely with all employees and visitors at the company's Liverpool site.

A little bit about the role:

Performance of reception and switchboard duties; greet and welcome visitors on arrival ensuring that they sign in, obtain their visitor badge and are either met by the appropriate person or directed appropriately


Managing the meeting room diary and associated arrangements; ensuring meeting rooms are well presented and that equipment is maintained


Ensuring site welfare and shared facilities are well maintained


Support employees with travel and accommodation booking


Performance of assigned health and safety activities; weekly fire alarm test, perform weekly checks of defibrillator and first aid kits and maintain stocks of PPE


Performance of administrative tasks across all Departments; purchase order raising etc.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a Reception role Polished communication skills - Fluent in understanding, speaking and writing English Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Ability to work in a busy office environment
