Job Overview


We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Duties



Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner Answer incoming calls, manage phone etiquette, and direct calls appropriately Perform data entry tasks on our IT logging system with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records Utilise Microsoft Office for various clerical tasks Assist with required admin duties from the teams Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

Experience



Previous customer facing role experience is essential, with a preference for candidates with administrative or clerical experience Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office The ability to work alone as the reception area is separate from the main office A good telephone manner with the confidence to deal with a variety of calls clearly and professionally
