in the heart of Bath, known for our warm hospitality and personalised guest experience. With just 23 guests at full capacity, we offer a calm, friendly, and professional working environment where attention to detail and guest satisfaction truly matter.We're looking for a
reliable, well-presented, and friendly Receptionist
to join our small, supportive team. This is apart-time position
, with hours varying between8 and 15 per week
, making it ideal for someone seeking a flexible role in a welcoming hospitality setting.A good standard of
spoken and written English
is essential, along with basic proficiency inOutlook, Word, and Excel
. Previous experience with reception duties and reservation systems would be a plus, but we're happy to provide training to the right candidate.You'll need to be available to work
weekends and occasional shifts until 6pm
, and while hospitality or reception experience is appreciated, a positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service are just as important.Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.30 per hour
