Receptionist (part Time)
Job Description
Coldstream Medical Practice is looking for a temporary, part time receptionist to join our busy team for 18 hours per week. Initially for 12 months with a view to becoming permanent.
Hours of work will be over 3 days (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 6 hours per day) and will involve both early and late shifts on a rotational basis. You will need to be able to work flexibly to cover annual leave and sickness absence within the team.
Hourly rate is 12.21 per hour
Training will be given but good communication and keyboard skills are required as well as the ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales. Applicants should have a pleasant telephone manner and the ability to deal sympathetically with members of the public.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, multi-tasker, with an excellent work ethic to join our small, friendly practice team which consists of three GP Partners, two Salaried GP's, a Practice Nursing team, excellent Administration team and a practice dog! We are also a training practice for GP Registrars, Medical Students and other staff.
