We are a local accountancy practice seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The hours for this position are flexible within our office opening times, potentially allowing for childcare or study commitments.
The Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organisation. You will ensure our visitors and clients receive a warm welcome and that the front-of-house operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Process enquiries.
Provide general administrative support as needed, such as scheduling meetings and managing email.
Assist with other office duties to ensure the smooth running of the business, such as ordering office supplies and organising maintenance.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
