We are looking for a warm, professional, and customer-focused
Hotel Receptionist
to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service from check-in to check-out and ensuring every guest feels welcome and well cared for throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival
Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
Manage online and phone reservations
Provide information about rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions
Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
Process payments and handle cash, credit card transactions
Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to coordinate guest needs
Keep accurate records of bookings, guest information, and special requests
Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements:
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Hotel Key, PMS systems) is an advantage
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Attributes:
Local knowledge of attractions, restaurants, and services
Previous experience in a branded hotel
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or similar role in hospitality
