Receptionist / Front Desk Manager

Natural Health Center based in Hammersmith, London

Part-Time - 20 hours per week, 4 Days per Week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)

Meets National Minimum Wage

We are one of the fast-growing natural healthcare brands. We are looking for a switched-on and experienced Store Manager to join our small fun, dynamic team to work in our Natural Health Center. The store is based in Hammersmith, London offering herbal medicines and holistic treatments.

- Attending phone calls & Appointment booking

- Participating in day-to-day running of the shop

- Responding to customer enquiries received both on the shop floor and via phone/email,

- General reception and admin work

- Keeping the shop floor clean and organised at all times,

- Operating the till and accurately handling cash and credit/debit card transactions,

- Following cashing up procedures at the end of the day,

- Placing orders, receiving deliveries, unpacking and re-shelving/storing stock,

- Assisting with monthly and annual stock takes,

- An additional responsibility of opening and closing of the shop 5 days a week.

- General Store organisation and management

- eCommerce Data Entry work.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 12.21 per hour
