We are currently inviting experienced and career-minded candidates to apply for the following position:
PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST
The role is for 2 days per week, Tuesday and Friday only, from 09:00 to 17:00, and will involve:
answering and transferring incoming telephone calls
greeting clients, deliveries and visitors on arrival
taking and passing on accurate messages
managing bookings for meeting rooms
ensuring that client-facing areas, including reception and meeting rooms, are kept clean and tidy
maintaining central diaries and making appointments
providing ad-hoc typing and/or admin support for the Fee Earners
You will need to bring...
proven experience of reception / front desk work ideally gained in a professional services environment
professional communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
proficiency in using Microsoft office packages (Word, Excel PowerPoint)
proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
ability to show initiative, prioritising workload and work proactively
excellent organisational skills and fine attention to detail
audio typing skills (desirable but not essential).
