Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Restaurant Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience from the moment guests arrive.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant Manage reservations and waitlists using our booking system Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the restaurant Escort guests to their tables and present menus Coordinate with the service team to ensure efficient table turnover Handle guest concerns or special requests with a positive attitude Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 12,000.00 per hour
