We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised
Receptionist
to join our team at Planet Ice Gillingham. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients with a warm, professional manner
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
Support general administrative tasks
Respond to emails and manage general enquiries
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanour
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
