- Receptionist

The Club

Ingrebourne Links Golf & Country Club opened in June 2017, bringing with it outstanding Golf, Dining, Function and Health & Fitness facilities.

The club comprises of 18-holes of golf, a state-of-the-art gym, dance studio, dedicated spin studio, luxurious locker rooms, Brasserie and stunning function facilities. Members and Non-Members are also able to enjoy daily dining in the Brasserie and make use of the conference and banqueting suite for private hire.

The Role

Receptionist working 3 days (24 hours) per week on a flexible rota and holiday cover in a key front of house position. As the first and last point of contact for members and guests entering and leaving the complex, excellent customer service skills are paramount. The role includes opening and closing the Clubhouse depending on shift patterns, and overall responsibility of reception while on duty.

Key responsibilities will include:

Greeting members and guests entering and leaving the complex. Promptly answering incoming phone calls and transferring to relevant departments. Taking studio class and gym induction/programme bookings. Print off Classes for Instructors. Taking tee time bookings for the golf course Ensuring Marshal's are kept up to date with any Golf Society Events. Ensuring Marshal's have print out and keys ready for the day. Touring prospective members around the clubhouse!! Signing up New Members

The Person

This is a role for a pro-active "people person" who enjoys working as part of team with a passion to deliver a quality product with a high level of customer service.
