We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Utilise QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as required.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
Handle correspondence, including emails and postal mail, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain records using Google Suite and other office software tools.
Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
Skills
Strong clerical and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in data entry and experience with computerised systems.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
