You will be part of the front of house team, you will liase with holiday home owners and guests welcoming holiday makers to the park, by providing them with the ultimate experience and welcome. you are the first impressions the guests will have on arrival so a warm, friendly helpful welcome with great customer service is extremley important.
Duties:
Greeting guests on their arrival
Managing bookings recieved via email, phone or online
Responding to owner requests & guests checking in
Updating owner records and ensuring data integrity
