Overview


We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Previous experience in the shooting industry or sport would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.

Duties



Using a computer operated till to take both card and cash payments. Use of Microsoft & Windows technologies to create bookings for lessons and time slots. Organise instructors in advance. Have a basic understanding of cartridges and rifle ammunition to advise and sell to customers. Use of an online gun register for gun storage and repair. Answering the phones and responding to customer queries. Respond to emails. Cashing up at the end of the day.
Days are flexible depending on individual needs, but we do need our successful candidate to work at least one weekend day per week and be able to cover holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
