At Sodexo, we are passionate about people and have our customers at the heart of everything we do. We currently have an opportunity for a Receptionist at Sellaness Lodge, Moss Bank to join our busy team.

Being the first face many will see, you\'ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like. You\'ll have a polite and cheerful manner, creating memorable experiences for our clients and visitors.

Previous experience in a customer facing role would be ideal, but if you have great people and IT skills, we\'d love to hear from you!

Role Responsibility

  • Welcoming staff and visitors to the building
  • Assigning rooms, allocating keys, and maintaining the relevant booking systems
  • Complete Visitor inductions
  • Ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met.
  • Processing of Invoices/Sales through eProphIT system (training to be provided)
  • Maintain the on-site Shop and serve customers when required.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
  • Maintain Amenities Areas - to include cleaning as required.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience as Receptionist or in similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for attention to detail
  • Positive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriate
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment
  • Dealing with complaints whilst maintaining a professional outlook and positive attitude
  • Committed to \'getting\' the job done without compromising service levels and professionalism
  • Team player with a \'hands on\' approach for obtaining excellence in service delivery
  • Ability to converse at all levels and adapt to environment effortlessly
  • Proficient in use of IT platforms, Outlook, Word, Excel

Package Description
  • 73.5 Hours per week, 3 weeks on 3 weeks off
  • \xc2\xa311.63 per hour
  • Accommodation whilst working on island and transportation to island is included
