Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars using bespoke software (full training given)
Handle correspondence and communications effectively, both written and verbal.
Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and incoming/outgoing mail.
Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
Proficiency in using computer software including Google Suite, QuickBooks, and general office applications.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly disposition with a customer-focused approach.
