We're looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to become the friendly face of our front desk.

About the Role

As a Receptionist, you'll be central to the warm, professional service our guests know and love. You'll:

Welcome guests with genuine warmth, making them feel at home from the moment they arrive Take reservations via phone, email, and online systems Manage group bookings and coordinate with coach tour operators Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and general guest enquiries Keep records up to date and handle payments efficiently Work closely with our team to ensure every stay runs smoothly

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have a passion for hospitality and customer care Enjoy working in a busy, people-focused environment Are well organised and confident using booking systems and standard office software Bring previous reception or customer service experience (hotel experience is an advantage, but not essential)
