What we expect from you

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic team member, with a passion for hospitality, to join our busy department.

As the first and last person our guests interact with, you will be there to offer a warm welcome and a fond farewell, leaving them wanting to come back for more!

You will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a wide demographic, understanding the importance of tailoring each interaction to the individual.

You will be well presented, polite and have a genuine interest in the people you are speaking to, either face to face, by phone or email.

As a team player you will liaise with other departments in order to manage guests requests promptly and be willing to jump in and help other departments when needed.

Good organisation and admin skills are a necessity and outstanding attention to detail is a must! Experience is desirable, however training will be given to the right candidate.
