Overview


We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining an organised and efficient office environment.

Duties



Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette. Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and welcoming. Perform clerical duties including data entry and filing documents accurately. Utilise our software system for scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently. Support other administrative staff with various tasks as required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role is preferred. Proficient in using computerised systems and office equipment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A professional appearance and demeanour are essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
