Receptionist





An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and motivated Receptionist to join our facilities department, based in our Western Office in Theale. This is a newly created role required to support the Facilities Manager and Regional Department Heads primarily with frontofhouse services with lots of variation in tasks and responsibilities in a supportive and friendly environment.

What you'll be doing

:



Reporting to the Technical Manager, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and issue detailed house type designs in line with the agreed programme. These designs must meet the Company's standards as well as all relevant regulatory and technical requirements. You will work closely with site, attending when required, to oversee projects and ensure compliance with technical designs.

The role consists of:





Taking and fielding calls to all departments across all Regions Liaising with other receptionists from other Regions Greeting and welcoming visitors, contractors and suppliers Maintaining staff database for Western Region Opening, distributing and franking of all mail Recording of all parcels received into the building Organising internal and external meetings and functions held within the Western office Ordering of all supplies, including stationery Maintaining stock supplies for breakout area. Attendance at quarterly reception meetings Liaising with building management contractors Assisting departments with administrative duties

Skills & knowledge you'll bring

:



The ideal Receptionist will be confident and selfmotivated, with good interpersonal skills, alongside a high level of organisational skills. Good communication skills are an essential part of the role as you will be expected to liaise with staff of all levels, contractors and our clients and visitors.
