We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist at our dental laboratory to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Working hours between Monday to Friday 10am to 2.30pm.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff members.
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks as needed.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Experience
Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Demonstrated experience in data entry with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
