We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills and organisational abilities.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette and direct them to the relevant personnel
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Schedule appointments and liaise with secretaries and other members of staff
Provide administrative support and relief typing to other departments as needed
Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Friendly and professional demeanour
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role would be a benefit
Desirable to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) but training will be provided if needed
