Job Type: Part-Time -14 Hours fixed, worked MON/TUE/THURS/FRIDAY 1-4.30 must also be able to provide cover for holidays/sickness

Summary of Job: As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our office. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
Handling customer queries and providing accurate information or escalating as appropriate
Ordering parts, stock, and office supplies as needed
General administrative support including filing, data entry, and email correspondence
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception and office area
Providing support to colleagues
Personal Specifications:
Previous experience in an admin or receptionist role is desirable
Good public relation and communication skills, orally and written, good telephone manner
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office systems
Good level of experience in customer service and committed to providing a high standard of customer care
The ability to juggle tasks and prioritize your work load
The ability to work under pressure
