The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and residents warmly, ensuring a positive impression
Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Maintain an organised reception area and office environment
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Handle administrative duties such as filing, typing, and clerical tasks
Utilise Microsoft Office Suite for various documentation needs
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and residents
Requirements
Previous office or administrative experience is essential
To provide typing support for departmental managers as required.
Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail in all aspects of work, particularly in data entry tasks
A professional demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
