Receptionist required for a long running and well established 52-bedroom, 4 star hotel in the spectacular Mid Wales country side.
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our very busy professional team helping us to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a happy, warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests.
General Duties
Our aim is always to welcome our guests with a great first impression! You should be pleasant and polite, immaculately presented and have a genuine wish to please our customers. The ideal candidate will be a well organised and well-spoken individual. You should be computer literate (as administrative work will be required) and able to work well using your own initiative. Main duties include managing reservations, checking in and out of guests, managing the Hotel's busy email inbox, passing on local knowledge and information to guests and to work as a team with all Hotel departments to make sure our guests have a very memorable stay.
Hours of Work
Our full-time Reception team work 40 hours pw over a variety of shifts : early shifts (7.30am - 3.30pm), afternoon shifts 3.00pm - 11pm) and mid shifts (typically 9am-5pm / 10am - 6pm / 11am - 7pm) five days out of every seven, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
